Dishwasher was delivered on time with all the correct accessories for me to install it myself. It's only been a month, but no problems to report so far. Uneeda was great. I will definitely use them again for my next appliance purchase!

So, here’s the story: Went to UNEEDA to look for a high end stove and was pressured into buying the “floor model” for a quoted price of $800 off the sticker price. Needless to say, I jumped on the deal. Seemed like a no brainer. I was soon to regret that decision. There was a mix up with the delivery and the day/time confirmed the night before was cancelled 10 min before his scheduled appt time. Also, he called 15 min before the appt time to confirm that I was going to be home and then cancelled 10 min later???? Called UNEEDA and they were passing the blame and not accepting responsibility. Needless to say, I was very frustrated, NOT happy and started to regret my purchase!!! I became very suspicious after this fiasco. Something told me something was not right. So I did some digging. Come to find out, the manufacturer was advertising on the internet a sale price for the stove. The manufacture sale price was for $100 less than UNEEDA was selling me the floor model for. The sale was active during my purchase too.... Grrr... I was dumbfounded. You place your trust in people only to have the rug pulled out underneath you. UGH... I then realized what a SCAM artist this location was. I was dealing directly with the owners son “Steve” who comes across as a spoiled college kid. But beware. He is a fast talking salesman who does NOT care about his customers or return business. Only to glom as much money as he can. What a Shister! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING HE SAYS!!! Thankfully, there was a delay in the delivery and I was able to cancel my order without issue. I was able to purchase from a reputable dealer who did not give me the run around on price and I was quoted the sale price over the phone without issue. Was able to purchase the EXACT SAME model stove for the manufacturer sale price but BRAND NEW!!! After a few phone calls, it took a few WEEKS before UNEEDA refunded my money. But they did... begrudgingly. My advice- STAY AWAY FROM UNEEDA APPLIANCE. Go buy at the big box retailers who stand behind their product and DON’T PLAY GAMES!!!! Or.... buy from another reputable dealer like I did. I’m not a fan of big box retailers hence the reason for the “little guy” support. But UNEEDA must be struggling financially to act in such a way. Such deceptive business practices. Maybe greed ... who knows, who cares. Bottom line- STAY AWAY FROM THEM! SHAME ON YOU UNEEDA for your SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. You lost a good customer for life!!!!

They told us they were giving us a better deal than Home Depot on our washer and dryer because they were giving us a rebate that they only had. My husband specifically asked if it was the clean energy rebate, as we could have gotten that at Home Depot too. They said it was additional to the clean energy rebate. They also included free delivery and installation. My husband asked if they will have all the materials or if he needed to have anything. He was told "our people are much more qualified than Home Depot and are professionals- they will have everything on their truck." They were supposed to deliver them between 10-12. When they were not there in that range I called and I was told that it was actually 12-4 and they never told my husband it was 10-12. When I was not happy about this, I was told "it's a better range than the cable company gives you." When the delivery people finally arrived, they had no idea they were supposed to install them, too. They called the store and were told yes- install them. It turns out they needed to go out and get supplies. It then took over two hours to install. When we first used our washer, it leaked, as they did not install it correctly. They never gave us the rebate information. When we called, they said we would have to come into the store to pick it up. They finally gave in to mailing them to us. What they mailed us was the brochure for the clean energy program and a rebate form for half the amount of what they said it was. When we filled it out, it turned out it was only for appliances purchased a month later than when we purchased it. Therefore, we never received any additional rebates and it was just as expensive as if we went to Home Depot, with the added headaches. We should have gone to a big box store instead of supporting a local business.
